3. Google User Data
If you connect Google Drive or YouTube, we access Google user data only to provide the features you choose to use.
- Google Drive: We may request access to let you browse and select video files from Google Drive, import selected files into Evolved Podcast Academy, and save approved generated content back to your Drive.
- YouTube: We may request access to read channel/account information needed to verify the connection and upload approved videos or shorts to YouTube when you request publishing.
- Google profile information: We may receive basic profile information such as your Google account identifier, name, and email address to connect the correct account.
- OAuth tokens: We may store access and refresh tokens so the integration can continue to work after you connect it. You can disconnect Google from the Connections page, and you can also revoke access from your Google Account settings.
- No unrelated access: We do not use Google Drive or YouTube data for unrelated advertising, sell Google user data, or use Google user data to build user profiles for unrelated purposes.
- No model training: We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- Human access limits: Human access to Google user data is limited to cases where you give consent, it is necessary for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or internal operations needed to provide the service.
- Limited Use: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Other Platform Integrations
You may connect third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, WordPress, and other supported services. When you connect a platform, we use the authorization granted by that platform to verify connection status, prepare content, and publish or distribute content you approve. The exact permissions shown during authorization are controlled by each platform.
Disconnecting a platform stops new actions through that connection, but it may not remove content already posted to the third-party platform. You should manage previously published content directly on the relevant platform.
5. AI and Content Processing
Evolved Podcast Academy uses automated processing and AI-assisted tools to transcribe content, generate posts, create images, produce clips, and optimize content for different platforms. Your uploaded files, transcripts, prompts, edits, generated outputs, brand settings, and approval choices may be processed by our systems and service providers for those purposes.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before approval, download, save, or publication.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or follow your instructions.
- Service providers: Hosting, storage, authentication, payment, analytics, email, support, AI/content processing, monitoring, and infrastructure providers.
- Connected platforms: Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, WordPress, and other platforms you connect, but only to perform actions you authorize.

- Legal and safety: Authorities, advisors, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity.
- Business transfers: Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
- With your consent: Other parties when you direct us or give permission.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access, HTTPS, access controls, cloud storage controls, and token handling practices. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected accounts secure.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information, content, generated outputs, OAuth tokens, logs, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, support integrations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.
You may request deletion of account or content information through our contact page. Some information may remain where retention is required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, retained in backups for a limited period, or controlled by a third-party platform after publication.

10. Cookies and Tracking
We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, support OAuth flows, remember preferences, secure the service, analyze usage, and improve the product. You can manage browser cookie settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies or storage are disabled.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices or content.
